Our Passions

To best know who we are you need to know what we are Passionate about!

OUR PASSION FOR CHRIST

While most Christians today would say that Christ is the center of the church, we believe that truth must be taken to a deeper and more personal level. Our passion for Christ must be the foundation of everything we are and everything we do. Without Him—and without a passion for His will—we are no different than those who do not know Him.

It is our highest priority that people who come in contact with us are able to see and experience a genuine passion for Jesus Christ. We believe we have more to offer than just church—we offer a relationship with the living Christ.

OUR PASSION FOR THE COMMUNITY

If we want to influence the people in our surrounding communities, we must impact our community in a positive and meaningful way. We do that by taking the love of Christ to them.

Church is not something that only happens on Sunday mornings—it extends into our everyday lives. If we do not impact our community, how will they even know we are here?

Our desire is to influence the surrounding community so deeply that if our doors were ever to close, our community would truly feel the loss. It’s a big vision, but with a shared passion for Christ and a united passion for our community, we believe we can make that kind of impact.

OUR PASSION FOR RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships in today’s world have suffered greatly. Our goal is to return to real, honest, and open relationships where we can love, learn, and laugh together as we walk through life side by side.

At Passion Community Church, you should never have to feel like you are alone. Our desire is to serve and love people in a way that reflects the heart of Christ and creates a true sense of family.

YOUR PASSIONS

God has given each of us a calling or gifting that He wants us to excel. Ephesians 4:11-13 says: “ It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” God has a gift that is unique for you and as we operate in that gifting, it helps all of us to mature in Christ and attain the fullness of Christ!

PASSION FOR UNITY

We love what we do here at Passion Community Church but we also love what God is doing through the other parts of the body of Christ. We may worship differently on Sunday morning but if we worship the same God then we should be working together to change the community! It goes beyond just words we believe in the action of working together and you will often hear us praying for other churches on Sunday mornings!
